A licensed General Contractor in the state of California, a certified home and building consultants, forensic investigator, expert witness, FEMA disaster housing inspector, and certified mold inspector. Over 35 years’ experience in the building, maintenance & repair industry. I also teach classes on the subjects of: Safety, Conservation, Team Management, Electrical, Gas, Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Swimming Pool Maintenance, Refrigeration, and other subjects.
Provided repairs, maintenance, and building services for numerous apartment complexes, commercial buildings, restaurants and retail buildings. Public speaking for home inspections to the Board of Realtors. Published an investigative paper and public speaking to attorneys and expert witness on “Job Site Safety”. Testified for plaintiffs and defendants in depositions, trials and arbitrations. I have been the arbitrator in a home warranty case.
My company and I have built custom homes, a movie studio, numerous renovations, remodels, repairs, additions and up-grades on residential and commercial structures. Multiple appliance repairs, HVAC installs and repairs, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool maintenance & equipment installs/replacement, etc. Insurance investigations, jobsite management, health & safety investigations, standards of care and practice investigations, mold sampling and lab testing.
